How It Works

Three steps to a finished shirt

Embroidery Ink is built around one idea: you control the art and the placement, we handle the printing.

1. Upload your art

Pick your shirt, then upload your design right on the product page. A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI gives the best result. Not sure about your file? Send it to us through the contact page and we will check it before you order.

2. Place it anywhere

Drag your design where you want it: full front, left chest, back, sleeve, or pocket. Scale it, position it, and preview exactly how it will sit on the shirt.

3. We press and ship

Every order is printed on fresh DTF film at 300 DPI, then heat pressed onto the blank in house. Orders ship once the press run is complete, typically within a few business days.

Why DTF

Direct-to-film transfers bond to cotton, polyester, and blends. The print stays bright through repeated washing, stretches with the fabric, and holds fine detail that screen printing cannot match at small quantities. There are no screens and no setup fees, so one shirt costs the same per print as fifty.
